How do I attach my phone chain to my phone?
We provide universal adapters for all phone models and cases, as well as a selection of Cantermelon phone cases free of charge. These adapters are discrete and durable, and fit tidily into your existing phone case, no matter which phone make or model you own.
Where do i buy a phone case for my chain?
We currently provide a selection of Cantermelon phone cases with eyelet loops for iPhone models and some Samsung models. You can find these on our accessories page. For other makes or models, try our universal adapters.
Where are the phone chains made?
Our phone chains are a mix of hand assembled in New Zealand, hand beaded in New Zealand, and manufactured overseas. Our customisable resin link chains are hand assembled in New Zealand using overseas components. Where possible, we look to use local jewellery makers to support our range. Our team of Aotearoa based makers create all our custom and handbeaded styles right here in New Zealand.
How durable are the phone chains?
They are all well tried and tested by our testing community (on bikes, with kids, flung about etc etc). However, if you are particularly hard on your accessories we recommend you purchase a resin chain.
How does my purchase support literary endeavours?
We return a portion of our profits to independent publishing, including towards the production of zines from Guerilla Publishing and the publication Folly Journal.
How do i become a stockist?

I am a jewellery maker/ artists. How can i partner with you?
We would love to hear from you. We are on the look out for 2025 styles and makers who specialise in crochet, beading, greenstone carving and leatherwork.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We seek to ship all items within five days of purchase, or sooner. Please
note that the shipping timelines listed below are approximate, and do not
include weekends, holidays or unforeseeable delays. Deliveries outside of New
Zealand may be subject to additional customs related taxes and duties. For more
information contact your local customs office.
New Zealand: within 5 working days
Australia and the rest of the world: Within 10 working days for economy. Within five working days for express.

What is your return policy?
We hope you love your Cantermelon. However, totally understand if your chain of choice didn't vibe with you. In that case we are happy to provide a replacement item if returned within 30 days. More deatil please visit our Return Policy HERE
I have recived a faulty item, what should I do?
Damages and issues In the event of a faulty product, we will offer a speedy replacement with another Cantermelon item. Note this doesn't apply to items damaged by general wear and tear.
