Refund policy
We hope you love your Cantermelon. However, totally understand if your chain of choice didn't vibe with you. In that case we are happy to provide a replacement item if returned within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (or forward us an email). We are happy to replace your chain for another item.

Damages and issues
In the event of a faulty product, we will offer a speedy replacement with another Cantermelon item. Note this doesn't apply to items damaged by general wear and tear.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Cantermelon chains, particularly hand beaded necklace chains, are an item of jewellery and should be treated as such. If you are someone who is partying hard all night, check out our resin link chains - which are the most durable of phone chain products. We sadly can't offer to replace items which have broken through misuse.
